As you have come to expect, we will be providing essential support and website maintenance to our customers throughout the festive period

Like many businesses this time of year, we are looking forward to a break this Christmas, but wanted to remind our amazing customers that we’ll still be providing a reduced technical support service throughout the festive period.

Our team will be carrying out website monitoring and essential maintenance & management as normal and fixing critical website problems.

Non-essential planned works have and will be rescheduled as required.

Support coverage

  • w/c December 12th – Normal service
  • w/c December19th – Essential support & maintenance
  • w/c December 26th – Essential support & maintenance
  • w/c January 2nd – Normal service

As with other years during this time, we will be making planned improvements and changes to key internal systems to minimise disruption.
