The mission
We're helping a games retailer level up
Online games and electronics retailer Monster-Shop came to us as they were looking for a reliable partner to help them with the next chapter in their business growth. Having historically worked with freelancers, they wanted a partner better suited to providing a wider range of website management and support services. The initial goal was to resolve some underlying website issues and support the addition of some new digital products to help them explore a new market.

The Outcome
With a Care Plan as the foundation, Monster-Shop's growth plans are now supported
With a few immediate fixes completed, we have been planning the next phase of Monster-Shop’s website expansion into digital products with Dan over several Zoom calls. Proof of concept functional reviews have been carried out on our staging platform before any changes to the Live site are considered. This approach allows website changes to be made in total isolation to protect the e-commerce website and revenue.
We’ll be looking at website performance next to ensure the site is optimised and responsive for visitors and the Monster Shop team when managing their online store.
As a wholly online business, Monster-Shop needs both a reliable website and support partner and we’re delighted to be working with them to help with their expansion plans. Recently, we delivered an API integration to sell digital products through Woocommerce – a good example of where our more technical approach helps make websites work harder for businesses.
