Urgent support to solve website bugs
Lior approached us for some on-demand website support as they are writing a book and was looking for a way to make their offerings clearer and more prominent on their homepage.
Rather than bespoke development, we suggested a new WordPress theme installation to freshen up the look and improve the user experience on mobile.

Proactive Response
Website problems resolved and improvements suggested
Liorf provided a shortlist of themes she liked, and we selected the best fit before the new WordPress theme installation and testing on a Staging copy of the site.
Only some minor development work was required to adjust the theme. Once approved, our technical team migrated the Live site. All communications were managed through the ServiceDesk
The styling problems with Lior’s WordPress theme were easily remedied, and there was even time left over to implement some improvements we suggested.
These ideas were presented to Lior, who was delighted with the results and a fresh new look to their homepage and an improved mobile experience for a modest outlay.
