Just a reminder to we will be managing our customers websites while our customers take a well-earned break.
As in previous years, we will be providing emergency support only from the 19th December to the 2nd January, so all non-essential requests will be queued for the 5th January.

We use this time for major system upgrades and team training and this year is no exception: We are overhauling and improving our staging platform and automations and populating our SOP’s into our new management platform we are building.
Key Dates:
12th December: Submission deadline for minor changes
19th December: Emergency Support and management only
5th January: Full support resumes
