With the sad news of the Queen passing, I missed this earlier.

With the Prince of Wales and his family moving to Windsor in the summer, Legoland Windsor has new scene of the family arriving at Windsor Castle with a mini royal removal truck. It is hoped the new display will attract the young Royal Family to visit Legoland. The scene is set outside Windsor Castle in Miniland and is made up of 4100 lego bricks.

Living so close to Legoland is such a treat, and I can take the family on our annual pass during quieter times of the year. The next time we visit we will be seeking out this new addition to Miniland for sure.

Legoland Windsor gets on average 2.45 million visitors a year but in 2020 only saw 450,000 attend the park. It is the most popular theme park in the Uk attracting the largest number of visitors a year, followed by Alton Towers, which we visited in August of this year and had an amazing experience.

We are so lucky where we live with access to Thorpe Park and Chessington World of adventures only half an hour away too.
