ServiceDesk email problem

Yesterday we discovered a problem with our email system’s interface to our ServiceDesk meaning some emails to and from Support had not been delivered over the past week.

Customers using the support portal were not affected.

This was corrected and all backlogged messages were manually processed.

We apologise to our customers for any inconvenience caused.
