The Requirement
New E-commerce site and ongoing care for growing custom workwear supplier in Winkfield, Berkshire
As part of an ongoing modernisation plan for their thriving business, Ascot Promotions wanted to make their website an integral part of their business by replacing printed catalogues with the online presentation, adding e-commerce to take payments directly and roll out Club Shops – micro-stores for sports teams and organisations.

The Outcome
New ecommerce solution and Club Shops powering growth
The new site for Ascot Promotions was built on our Standard Business Website Plan and we added the market-leading e-commerce solution, Woocommerce on top of the build.
Woocommerce allows Ascot Promotions to display their range of products in a range of colours and sizes and take tailored order enquiries or direct payments.
As Ascot Promotions work with a number of clubs, teams and businesses, they wanted a way to show their bespoke designs on their own branded page to simplify ordering, which they called Club Shops. We set up a template and way to automatically display the correct products for each Club Shop. With over 25 Club Shops now on the site, these have clearly been a big hit.
The latest addition to the site is a Quote Builder feature, delivered using a mix of the included support time in their Care Plan, supplemented with a TimeBank top-up – a good example of our flexible approach to cost-effective website development.
